Policy for Appointment Deposit
For our new Clients and Existing Clients
It takes a lot of time and extra care to set up for, and to evaluate new patients and clients.
It is very important for us to get to know our new clients. Every client and patient has a special relationship, and they have different expectations of their Veterinarian. We love getting to know new people and pets.
We set aside extra time for these appointments, we take a deposit to hold the time. It is a simple process. The full amount is applied to your visit. It is as simple as providing the credit card information, and confirming that you agree to the non-refundable deposit. Our customer care specialists will take your personal information, as well as your pets information over the phone at the same time as the deposit.
Your appointment will be confirmed via text, and or email. You have the option to cancel 24 hours in advance and get your deposit returned. We try to accommodate as many patients and emergencies in a day as we can, and we appreciate your understanding.
If you are already a client you know how busy we are. We take deposits to enable us to see as many patients as we can in a day. We appreciate your understanding, and value your time.
All pre appointment deposits are non – refundable unless the appointment is cancelled 24 hours or more in advance.
All deposits are applied to your final balance.
